We are excited to announce that Tim Cartmell will be coming to Jade Green Farms in Harrisburg Sept 11th-13th for a weekend on Sun Lutang's Taiji Quan.
This weekend long seminar will be broken into five 2-hour long sessions.
Friday 11th (6pm-8pm) Tim will go over basics - body alignments, mechanics, warm-ups, stepping, etc and teach the opening of the form.
Saturday 12th (9am-11am, 2-4pm, 6-8pm) Tim teaches the form, 3 sections at a time each session.
Sunday 13th (10am-Noon) Last section
Cost; $60 per session, $250 for all five. Meals $15 each
